The event kicks off with an introduction of Finland Restaurant and the founder, Zekro Aflatuni. Children will learn about the restaurant’s brand, cultural features, and the founder’s story, setting the foundation for the following business analysis.

商业画布小组讨论 | Business Model Canvas Group Discussion
在引导师的引导下，孩子们分组讨论餐厅的商业模式，尝试完成一份商业画布，包括顾客细分、价值主张、渠道等内容，提升他们的逻辑思维和分析能力。
Guided by the facilitator, children will discuss the restaurant’s business model in groups, attempting to complete a Business Model Canvas. This includes customer segmentation, value propositions, channels, and so on，which could enhance their logical thinking，communication and analytical skills.

小组代表陈述讨论结果 & 艾哲罗点评 | Group Presentation & Zekro’s Feedback
每组派出代表分享讨论成果，由Zekro艾哲罗对每组的表现进行点评，并给出建设性意见，帮助孩子们更好地理解商业运作。
Each group will present its findings, with Zekro providing constructive feedback to help children gain a deeper understanding of business operations.

餐厅发展挑战与解决方案讨论 | Challenges & Solution Discussion
小组讨论芬兰之家餐厅面临的发展挑战，集思广益，提出解决方案，锻炼孩子们的创造性思维和问题解决能力。
Groups will discuss the potential challenges Finland Restaurant faces, brainstorming solutions to enhance creativity and problem-solving skills.

解决方案展示 | Solution Presentation
各组展示自己设计的解决方案，由引导师进行点评，帮助孩子们学习如何表达和展示自己的思路。
Each group will present their solutions, with feedback from the facilitators, helping children learn to express and present their ideas.

10:30AM - 11:00AM
做披萨 & 非洲鼓互动 | Pizza Making & African Drum Learning
孩子们将亲手制作披萨，感受餐饮业的操作流程；同时学习非洲鼓，体验音乐节奏的乐趣，培养动手能力与节奏感。
Children will make their own pizzas, experiencing the restaurant process firsthand, and learn to play the African drum, enhancing their creativity and rhythm.

活动前准备 | Pre-Event Preparation

活动前，家长和孩子们可以通过大众点评、小红书、微信公众号等平台搜集芬兰之家和创始人Zekro艾哲罗的相关信息，对餐厅的定位、评价进行了解，并尝试填写商业画布的初稿。如有疑问，可在活动现场提问并讨论。
Before the event, parents and children are encouraged to research Finland House and founder Zekro Aflatuni on platforms like Dianping, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat to understand the restaurant’s positioning and reviews. They can also start filling in a draft of the Business Model Canvas and bring any questions for on-site discussion.

This event provides a unique experience for children to understand a restaurant’s business model and, through hands-on activities and family interaction, fosters their business thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.
