活动背景：

在全球化竞争日益激烈的今天，企业合规不仅是一种法律要求，更是企业可持续发展的基石。合规建设能够帮助企业规避风险，提升企业形象，增强市场竞争力。

2023年由上海市检察院、上海市工商联联合发起的中小企业合规创建指引（沪联（2023）26号文）暨动员部署会议，更加说明监管层面对于当前经济复苏背景下，企业高质量发展、企业合规建设的高度重视以及紧迫性。

（In today's increasingly fierce global competition, corporate compliance is not only a legal requirement, but also the cornerstone of sustainable development for enterprises. Compliance construction can help enterprises avoid risks, enhance their corporate image, and enhance market competitiveness.

The 2023 Shanghai Procuratorate and Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce jointly initiated the Guidelines for Compliance Creation of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (Hu Lian (2023) No. 26) and mobilization deployment meeting, which further illustrates the high attention and urgency of regulatory authorities to the high-quality development and compliance construction of enterprises in the current economic recovery context）.
